The Family Activity
and Fitness Centre includes an exercise room, games room and
Kiddie’s Korner. The exercise room has all of the professional
weight-training and exercise equipment you would expect. It
is an ideal location for rehabilitative exercise and for use
by the disabled - or for any member of the community that is
interested in a private exercise facility at incredible rates.

Participation Lodge
houses a large meeting room (with full kitchen facilities) that
can be used by local businesses, clubs or organizations. This
room seats up to 100 people comfortably, and may be used for
training courses, off site meetings, workshops or social activities

Maintained at a
temperature range of 88 – 92 degrees Fahrenheit, our Therapeutic
Pool is ideal for anyone overcoming surgery, undergoing rehabilitation
or just looking for a private place for water exercise. The
20’ x 25’ size makes the pool perfect for family and
group outings and birthday parties. Safe for children of all
ages, the pool is exclusively yours when rented. Our party package
offer is one-hour of pool time and one-hour in the games room
