Meeting Room

Participation Lodge houses a large meeting room (with full kitchen facilities) that can be used by local businesses, clubs or organizations. This room seats up to 100 people comfortably, and may be used for training courses, off site meetings, workshops or social activities.
Rates for full day meeting room rental:

Meeting Room only (set up with tables and chairs) $60.00
Meeting Room w/kitchen facilities (set up with tables and chairs) $90.00
Meeting Room w/coffee service
Up to 20 people $20.00
21 - 49 people $1.50/per person
